How do I set the Chime Sequence on my clock?

There are two gears on the back of the back plate of the movement. These gears make the roll pin spin around as the gear train spins. One of these gears has a set screw in it. You may or may not have to loosen this set screw to turn it as you hold the gear train from moving at the same time. You can stop the gear train from moving by just putting a finger to stop the fly on the top from spinning. Note the direction the big gear on the back with the set screw turns when chiming. On the quarter hour, hold the gear train from moving as you turn this gear and make the hammers bong bong bong without the gear train moving. You want a 1-2-3-4 on the first quarter hour all in a row. Let go after the 4 note and it should be perfect there on forth.
